Frequently Asked Questions
What are the differences between 'Free', 'Team' and 'Business' plans?
If you only need to run small numbers of automated web app tests and have no need to hang on to the results after 30 days, our 'Free' plan will suit you just fine.
If you:
- are running multiple projects with many users
- need to frequently run desktop and mobile tests
- need to run non-functional tests
- need a decent history of your test runs
...you will want to consider either our 'Team' or 'Business' plan.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major international debit and credit cards via our secure Stripe integration.
Can I upgrade and downgrade my subscription?
Absolutely.
If you need to upgrade your plan, a pro-rated payment will be charged to your payment card to cover the remainder of the current billing cycle. Your new payment amount will then continue from your next billing cycle onwards.
If you need to downsize your plan, a flag is placed on your account and a subscription change with revised payment amount will take effect from your next billing cycle onwards.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes you can.
No refunds are offered if you are part-way through a subscription period so the cancellation will only take full effect at the end of that billing cycle, whether monthly or annually. You will continue to have full subscription access until that time.
After 'Team' or 'Business' plan cancellation, organisations are moved onto our 'Free' plan.
Different vendors charge by 'test checkpoint', 'test' or 'minutes'. Can you explain the difference and exactly how you charge?
A 'test run' may contain many 'tests' and these 'tests' may contain many 'test checkpoints'.
We charge by the 'test', also known as the 'scenario'. It is by far the most meaningful unit for a consumer to understand and plan against.
We won't charge you extra if you add more 'checkpoints' to your 'tests' or your 'tests' take additional 'minutes' to complete.
